Family-run business; the CEO is friendly, kind and approachable and so are the staff members in the office. People are always helpful if you are unsure of something. Good pay. Flexible working good.

There is no streamlined training or process you can refer to do your job better. Senior Managers can be more present in call meetings, especially when waiting for urgent decisions. Slow growth in the business and old-fashioned ways of systems used. There are no young people in the company, No Team building or social events. Diversity in the consultants, but none in the actual business. No career progression or learning development courses and it can become boring. Issues with the project teams not being paid for work completed.
