      Great mission, culture that is hard too find, growth company, very smart co-workers! Lean organization for pharma of this size.

      Cons

      People will not give you an opportunity you need to be proven on the same role in the company or somewhere else. You need to chase your career quite a lot. But thats also a result of high high competition and caliber of talent.

      Great company to work with away from the main headquarters located in Foster City. Lots of learning opportunities and a good culture to make it so you enjoyed working with your colleagues.

      Cons

      Management reviews and process for promotions seem a bit skewed. It seemed to fall on how well your own management could "sell" you to the other team's management.
