      Direction and competency has sharply dropped. Heading more and more towards micro-management territory.

      The most amazing and stronger bonding culture you can find out. People truly take care of each other

      Cons

      The new management estructure ditched that culture for "quality results, fast" which most of the time is an oxymoron
