Pros

Let’s be plain here. The reason you’re visiting this site is that you’re interested in Global Payments for one reason or another. If you read the reviews, you will notice a clear pattern: 1) An actual employee posts a scathing criticism of the toxic culture at Global Payments. 2) A member of Human Resources or one of their lackeys writes a ham-handed review painting a picture of unicorns and rainbows. 3) Rinse and repeat. Global is like the Borg (Resistance is Futile). Of course, if you ask these companies, you won’t get an honest answer. Why? Because every person with honesty, integrity and creativity was forced out, leaving Global’s ideal employee – a “jump, how high” minion living in constant fear of being shown the door by a company with enough soulless lawyers to have mastered at-will employment (we’ll fire you when we want for whatever reason we want, so don’t step out of line.). If you’re considering employment with Global or one of their subsidiaries, don’t. That is, unless you desire a career consisting of meek servitude to a leadership caste who says all the right things, yet does none of them. There are many companies who value intelligence, guts and free thinking… but Global ain’t one of them.
