      Pros

      Work from home! Company really cares about its employees. They take feedback seriously and genuinely want to make sure all their employees are happy. I've honestly never worked anywhere where I felt so valued. Benefits are amazing, great health insurance, generous time off compared to most companies. We get together as a company twice a year and the trips are always so much fun.

      Cons

      Working from home can at times make you feel secluded and as if you don't have enough interaction with the rest of the company. This is easily overcome as long as you make sure you're being participatory in calls and meetings and other available opportunities to put yourself out there (company is good about providing these!) Compensation isn't very competitive. Feels low for the industry and as much as I want to recommend this place to all my friends they find taking a pay cut a tough pill to swallow, despite all the amazing pros this company comes with. Also since we are virtual and people work all over a salary that works in one region of the country may not be close to livable wage in another.

      -Fully remote work environment offers great flexibility and work-life balance -Unlimited PTO policy provides autonomy over time off -Clients feel like true partners, making the work more engaging and meaningful -Collaborative and supportive coworkers -Recent organizational changes have increased my optimism about the company’s future direction, despite some expected growing pains

      Cons

      -Layoffs have negatively impacted some team morale and culture -Ongoing role ambiguity, with some employees still seeking clarity in their responsibilities -Could improve on communication and training around recent changes
