Management is awful at best, sociopathic at worst. You'll see a lot of reviews here how change happens often and that people have trouble adjusting. Change is good, change for the sake of change is not, and that's what happens here on an almost daily basis. What you were hired for is not necessarily what you will end up doing, and you won't be trained or supported in these new roles, in fact, you'll be penalized for not doing a job well for a job you weren't hired to do.
If you like to work at a place where your ability and skills won't be constantly judged and doubted from the very top levels of management down to your immediate manager, stay far away from here. This place seems great when you get here, and then things inevitably take a turn for the worse. Management constantly brings pressure from the top down, unreasonable expectations, enforced "community", being forced to work more than reasonably possible, an environment where you can't trust everyone and you WILL be backstabbed.
In the time I worked there, I saw a lot of strong people whose lives were emotionally crushed by this place. I saw people who were amazing at what they do get shut down because of those who somehow became managers when they had no business being one and felt they knew a lot more than the highly skilled people who worked for them.
Now this is just one person's opinion, but be warned that only a very specific type of person can succeed here, and odds are, it's probably not you.
