      GREAT PAY, and they offer alot of overtime. Paid Weekly

      Cons

      Management don't care about you. They will sabotage you and find a way to get you out of there. Their turnover ratio is crazy. New employees starting every month and new employees leaving.

      Pros

      Salary 20-30k higher than local manufacturing companies. Benefits are close to 98% covered by the company. New Occupational Health Physicians on site to track and monitor exposures and fitness for duty which shows they care about the health and safety of their employees. Tuition Reimbursement Company prefers to promote from within

      Cons

      Required to wear a respirator (Not easy in the Florida Heat) and required to participate in monthly blood draws (Not easy if you are not a fan of needles)
