Pros

Traveling opportunities are definitely available if you choose to work at Gramophone. All accommodations are taken care of by Gramophone which is very nice.

Cons

- Depending on the department you're working in, and where you're located, your commute can be a bit lengthy at times. Be mindful of where you're living when applying for a position with this company. - PTO accumulation doesn't exist. You're given a set amount of PTO days every year (not a lot, for instance 5 for your first year with the company) and once you use them all, you have to wait until your work anniversary to get more.

Pros

Coworkers are good and generally pretty easy to work with

Cons

Absolutely poor benefits across the board with 3 PTO days per year (MD state legal minimum)- then only 3 more after 3 years of employment. Constant work and not a single second of downtime allowed. Sways from left to do work to over-micromanaged
