Pros

Benefits are pretty good, pay is OK

Cons

I am on the project near Reno, NV, and is the worst run project I have ever been on. Beware if you are considering Gray, the Reno project has extremely high turnover, the customer and our subcontractors are all unhappy with us, and there is an accident almost every day on the commute. Gray did not set the project up for success from the beginning and almost everyone here has not been with Gray longer than a year and are flying blind. The company promotes and gives power to people who have connections, and ignores the people that are actually getting the work done well.

Pros

Gray offers tons of benefits, competitive salaries, and leniency with schedules. The culture here is positive and warm, and the overall environment is great to work in. There are plenty of benefits and incentives to work for this company. It is a great company for career growth as well.

Cons

Long hours and an open office layout (lack of privacy).

Pros

Good culture among field staff Great place to start and learn Potential for growth Good programs on paper Potential to be a great GC

Cons

Extremely long work days Culture among top leaders is toxic leading to alot of favoritism Pay is not competitive Per diem is not competitive Very little training initially offered leading to a lot of people being unsure how to function within their role Turn over is a huge problem recently much of the top leadership as left and their is heavy attrition among field staff The company has also become very bureaucratic in their ways leading to alot of needless bloat within daily responsibilities Logistically the company performs poorly on site leading to unneeded complications
