Pros
The culture of the company is nothing like I have ever experienced before. It is genuine above everything else. The great culture comes from the top and is felt from day 1. I seriously can't oversell just how happy I am here. I feel safe to do my best and even makes mistakes sometimes. It's part of the culture of accountability. And it's not just talk.
Cons
It's rather hard to think of any cons. The location was a little inconvenient, but we're moving into a new building this year that is a much better location, so that's not even an issue any more. If you don't follow any sports you might be a little bored for a couple of minutes during the weekly company meeting when that becomes a topic, but I don't mind it. It's just another reminder about how this company is so different in a good way.
