Pros

Cons
1985 mindset regarding work flexibility. All corporate must arrive by 8 a.m. and if 5 min late you must log into the system to deduct time -- they don't care if you are driving in from an hour away. They pretend to give you professional autonomy but watch you like a hawk to make sure you don't take a 61 minute lunch or leave 3 minutes early. The old school 8-5 with an unpaid lunch. If you're late, they don't care if you make it up by taking a short lunch or staying two hours late - no dice. Onboarding --very scattered. Especially when the person who hires you quits a week later and you are forced to move offices twice in the first couple weeks. The best part is the 90 probationary period, no benefits etc. They do pay 80 K ... pretty average for an enterprise company and pay weekly. Vacation: 1 week (40 hours). That's it. I think I had more PTO at my fast food job in college. 1 week, accrued?! No sick, personal, or flex days. Have fun on that weekend vacation to somewhere close by.
