Great company overall and I've really enjoyed my time here! Good compensation plan, services, culture, and day to day.

Being an 8 year old company, we lack some of the tools & resources that company with bigger more established companies.

- Remote work: Strong virtual culture that makes it possible to stay connected while working remotely. - Close-knit team: Small company where you can genuinely get to know people and work closely together. - Growth through ownership: Encourages employees to take ownership, suggest changes, and help shape processes.

- Industry expertise gap: Leadership would benefit from deeper HCM-specific experience and/or stronger investment in formal HCM professional development (e.g., CPP/SHRM) to support more informed decisions that affect employees and clients. - Visibility-driven advancement: Career growth can be influenced by visibility and relationships, and the promotion path isn’t always clear or consistent. - Benefits: Benefits feel costly relative to coverage, and more meaningful enhancements to plan options would be appreciated. Benefits communication sometimes focuses on utilization guidance (ER vs. urgent care) rather than expanding coverage options. PTO policy is lacking. - Training: No clear training paths for job specific roles. More of a general training that is rolled out to every role.
