      Pros

      Great pay that is above industry average, you will learn a lot and work with others who know a ton, lots of perks like fancy restaurants and end of busy season celebrations

      Cons

      The hours are terrible and if you are good at your job, you will work more than others at your save level. Supervisors micromanage you like crazy. The job is high stress and high anxiety.

      Hybrid work environment, work from home

      Cons

      The SALT service line of this firm is a joke, they don't have simple tools to support the tax preparers on the team. The management is disorganized and they will blame you for their own disfunction. There is a partner who thinks that the best way to use their status in the team is to get people fired
