I've been here for almost 2 years and I really haven't found any cons yet.

The pay and location is decent

This is the most boring, slow job that I have ever had. You’ll spend most of your night standing around waiting for machines to run and for the next “task” to appear. Supervisors spend no time on the floor and have no familiarity with the job but they will, “if you got time to lean you got to clean” you all while the leads and other techs are constantly on their phones. I wasn’t let go for what I was or wasn’t doing, I was let go because the supervisor doesn’t know how the floor runs. I feel singled out and like I was unfairly let go but I’ll take it as a blessing in disguise. I was let go for standing around but standing around is literally the job in large part especially while training. I got let go for standing around at a job I hated standing around at, ridiculous. If you’re used to a job where you are busy and productive all day this job will have you hating life.
