Taking care of my clients was the best part of this job. I stayed because I truly felt like I was helping people and doing something that mattered. Building relationships and seeing the impact my work had on someone’s confidence made it worth it. Work-life balance used to be there, though it hasn’t really been the same the last couple of years.
Cons
Leadership changed a lot and not always for the better. Stylists who really cared and put in the work didn’t feel supported or taken care of. Too many changes were made without listening to the people actually doing the job. Some people were put into leadership roles who shouldn’t have been, and it showed in how teams were treated.

Great coworkers, love my clients. I feel like I can potentially make some nice tips, PTO and set schedules
Cons
Pay is not fair between stylists. Health insurance is a joke. Product has become TERRIBLE
