      Pros

      The team at SLC is phenomenal. They work incredibly well together and are very welcoming and caring.

      Cons

      Its an odd schedule. But you get used to it. You work Saturdays, but off Mondays so its convenient for personal appointments

      Great coworkers, love my clients. I feel like I can potentially make some nice tips, PTO and set schedules

      Cons

      Pay is not fair between stylists. Health insurance is a joke. Product has become TERRIBLE
