I'm not sure the dates you listed are correct because eligible stylists received a pay adjustment effective April 1, 2026. Regarding the changes, while we have adjusted commissions, we’ve added new components to the compensation plan while removing ones that weren't driving the core business forward. Our goal is to focus rewards on the areas that have the biggest impact on our collective success.

Great coworkers, love my clients. I feel like I can potentially make some nice tips, PTO and set schedules

Cons

Pay is not fair between stylists. Health insurance is a joke. Product has become TERRIBLE
