Cons
Heavy on Union-busting. Pay is insulting for the amount of work/physical labor/specific knowledge of collectibles required. Employees are seen as nothing more than a number by regional/higher management, and treated as such. Long-term employees are not valued and their institutional knowledge is no longer appreciated by higher-ups - they would rather have long-term employees quit and hire new people with zero industry knowledge, leading to poorer customer service outcomes. Expectations for the job keep going up but staffing levels are not raised. Company is introducing new programs meant to further cut the number of staff needed in stores, leaning more into automation/higher turnover.
