This company cares for its employees and wants to see them grow. They offer good benefits and are primarily flexible with the schedules depending on company needs. The company culture is terrific, and the people are friendly and welcoming.

Not exactly a con, but if you are a self-starter and like taking the initiative, then this place is perfect for you. There is no "official training" for most of the roles, and you mostly learn as you go. So you have to be independent and be comfortable enough to ask questions.

Great place to learn and gain experience. Enjoyed my time here.
