Knowledgeable engineers and always willing to help. Great team atmosphere. Overtime allowed for most billable work. Relaxed working schedules as long as work is meeting demand.
Cons
Poor management. Starting to favor the business and act more like a bigger company that only think about making money instead of an employee owned company.
