Pros

None! I have absolutely nothing good to put here, and I have racked my brain trying.

Cons

I Left about 13 years ago (The last year with Employer below only goes back to 2009.) Reading new reviews it seems like nothing has changed. The management is always on the healthcare providers back for not earning enough money! How stupid! Doctors treat what's wrong and can ethically bill only what is appropriate, and not a penny more. Management doesn't care! They would send notices to the providers indicating "not enough" revenues. Besides the better care you give, the less patients need expensive treatments. That's the way it should be, but not how they want it. Doctors are paid a fraction of what they bring in (less than 25%) and the management is clueless abut running a practice. I would get reprimanded for only seeing 11 patients (maybe half of what was scheduled) because the schedules had people who have died months and sometimes years earlier. And the records never updated. This would happen daily.

Pros

Very organized infrastructure, lots of resources and support, everyone is so friendly and helpful, you work independently, but have instant access to people who can help. Very relaxed atmosphere, no micromanaging, yet somehow everything still gets done. This has been a great experience so far!

Cons

No PTO, pay structure is unusual but there is uncapped earning potential.

- kind and helpful environment. Everyone is willing to work together - customer focused - work that makes you feel like you are making a difference

Cons

Low pay for office compared to other jobs in the field. So Customer focused sometimes to the detriment of internal staff Obviously hierarchy of departments
