The team here are incredible, everyone is very collaborative and really care about the customers. I can honestly say this is the best company I've worked for.

There have been some changes in senior leadership but that doesn't really affect myself or the team in our location
No real technical skills needed. Remote with full benefits/team leads can be helpful.
Gift cards are awarded every 90 days or so for productivity.

Cons
Daily/weekly quota can not be front loaded meaning you have to be active constantly instead of doing your work ahead of time and enjoying remote benefits like other companies.
U.S. agents work with agents from other countries who are held to a lower standard/quality of work than they are.
Call volume can be high at times.
Overtime is rare.
Leadership can be incompetent at times.
Time spent is valued over productivity.
