Not enough work to keep me busy...don't have me here from 9a till 5p fiddling my fingers...I would rather be sent home than sit on the clock...on days when there is work, I find and am ready for more...but I am told to be happy for the down time because some people would love to come to work and do nothing all day...I was reading one day when there was nothing for me to do, I started to read a book and was told I could not because the CEO would think that I have no work...NEWSFLASH!!! I DON'T HAVE ANY WORK...MY IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR WAS NICE, BUT NOT NICE ENOUGH TO WASTE 8 HOURS OF MY DAY DOING NOTHING ...I feel like the promotions they do give are to keep their "best" employees from leaving...I have seen 5 folks quit in 4 months
