Where to begin. The word "cult" comes to mind. The biggest downside to Hilti is the dogma. Management walks around pretending they invented fire and come close to insulting customers who do not use their products. Every "new" product is treated as if Hilti came out with it (example: cordless multi-tool that has been industry standard for years but when Hilti launced theirs, acted like no one ever saw one before). A number of customers have expressed it is a turnoff being talked down to when Hilti management visits them. The internal employee survey has been going down the last 2 years and nothing is being done about it. Continues to be a revolving door of employees. Becoming cheap with spending (employees can't buy lunch from time to time but there was money for a silly music video?)
