      Pros

      Helps you fine tune your own communication skills, professionalism, and exposure to RFPs, contracts, account management. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      There is a huge separation between 'haves' and 'have nots' at Hines. There is absolutely no diversity among leadership (sex and race, specifically), and it seems obvious that it's intentional and trickles down from the ideologies of ownership and the company culture. Sexism is blatantly obvious and common (unspoken) knowledge.

      Strong collaborative environment with supportive team members and opportunities to work on impactful data engineering and analytics projects.

      Cons

      As a consultant, I felt there could have been more support in helping employees transition to new internal opportunities after project assignments ended.
