Pros

Free pop and coffee on shift Discount on Fuel and select items Most Employees are nice, as well as the customers

Cons

Barely a livable wage for employees.. Even Assistant Managers don't make enough to survive for sakes! This job NEEDS to pay between 13-15 per hour to start honestly.. Pay raises need to be better. There is plenty of responsibility and lots of work to get done every day, to make sure the whole store stays clean/prestine at ALL times!.. Put up with all kinds of customers. Hardly any time for breaks.. Can't even get a sit down/lunch break half of the time.. and I work the overnights! That's how busy we are at my store with people coming in all night, and with a big workload to deal with,,, EVERY SINGLE NIGHT! Unfortunately there are handful of employees who show up on time(like me),do most to all the work required(like me) and go the extra mile to make sure everyone is happy and satisfied.. Reward your better/more reliable workers more often please. Same with promotions. My shift constantly not only has our shift duties, but we have to repeatedly clean up after our previous shift who leaves the store a total mess.. There is no manager to check up after our 2nd shift, and even if we speak up and tell our manager, nothing still gets done! This has been the case for the almost 10 years I've been here.

Pros

Everyone is so friendly and helpful, support from supervisors is amazing. I enjoy every single person I work with and I love coming in to work and seeing everyone. Many people at the office have been here 20+ years, so it truly feels like a work family. My direct supervisor is a big advocate on having a good work/life balance which is great.

Cons

We are required to be in office 3 days a week, which is only a con because I have a long commute.
