Pros

Customer interactions and vendor development. Fantastic district manager who cares about the company's success and is willing to help you in any way shape or form to help the store become more successful.

Cons

There is zero work life balance as you are always on call and are the fill in if a shift is not covered. 99% hourly turnover rate, says it all. Be prepared to train all the time as the staff operates on a rotating door system. What is the bare minimum amount of employees needed to run a successful store and than cut that number by a 1/5 is staffing at Holiday.

Pros

Everyone is so friendly and helpful, support from supervisors is amazing. I enjoy every single person I work with and I love coming in to work and seeing everyone. Many people at the office have been here 20+ years, so it truly feels like a work family. My direct supervisor is a big advocate on having a good work/life balance which is great.

Cons

We are required to be in office 3 days a week, which is only a con because I have a long commute.

Pros

sexual harassment from guests management never cares. i honestly think she hires young pretty girls to attract customers. expect everyone to be sitting in the break room or chatting in the corner while ur stuck on reguster for 8 hours because u have no familial relation to anyone in store

Cons
