- Long hours. You'll work until dark and still have to call customers to apologize for not being able to make it.
- Your schedule will change at the drop of the hat. You leave in the morning with a full day of work, and they just keep adding to it throughout the day.
- They like to change up the routes at the drop of a hat. This wouldn't be such a big deal, except you're payed commission. You can (and will) suddenly start making 40% less literally overnight.
- Not the best 401k/health plans
All of the really positive reviews are left by people who have been with the company for several years. Those employees were around before HomeTeam was bought out by Rollins, and they got to keep the incredible commission rates they USED to have. If you start working there today, you'll make half the rate they do, with no possibility of an increase. It's just not the same company anymore.
