Everything. And I mean everything has gone to sh*t after they merged with Lower. Management has their hands tied Forced OT Threatened about doctor appointments Horrible communication Oh and the meetings they do have? Hosted by Lower where they discuss happy hours, free lunches and everything else OH gets-but never MD. MD? You are lucky if you get an annual review or raise. Hell stopped getting anything - not even employee appreciation. Got videos where your whole dept isn't even mentioned by any management. Basically.. Homeside merged with Lower, then Lower keeps "merging" with other company's and another round of layoffs happen-with the same amount of work on Skelton crew. Just don't do it.
