Pros
A group of down to earth technologists who's leaders are not afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job down. There's a very horizontal relationship across the company and they prioritize a healthy work/life balance. They have helped me develop my personal goals so that I can feel more fulfilled. There is substantial autonomy in decision making and relative fluidity in driving initiatives, plus there is always an open channel to challenge, critique and provide feedback. Everyone own's each product in a tangible way.
Cons
Being a newer company we have not fully fleshed out all our processes and workflows, and so things can seem a bit laissez-faire at times. This will improve as the company matures but some persons may not want this type of environment right now.
