      - Awesome people at the floor, made lifetime friendships - Tons of opportunities for learning, management was open-minded about process improvements - Many growth opportunities for production-based roles

      - Compensation was below average for my role (but many other things padded this con, so this was okay)

      Good fellow co workers to work with

      Got hired for a temp to hire two weeks before their end of quarter. Keep getting thrown around to help anyone. No real training. The only person who didn't like me was Damien, the guys opinion who matter that I stay or not. Everyone else said I was doing a good job. Got let go the day before the end of their quarter. They give permanent employees a big bonus if they hit the quarterly bonus
