      Was cool working here, a lot of great exposure and you gain alot of experience

      Cons

      Management is not good, internal promotion is very hard to come by and management prefers to hire outside of the firm.

      Prior to the MasTec acquisition: Employees had a voice and were respected Great place to work with great people and culture

      Cons

      After the MasTec acquisition: Employees are treated as replaceable lemmings No value attributed for years of experience for field employees
