      Benefits and compensation are good.

      Cons

      I realllllly want to stay at this company, however management is horrible. They are catty, and speak so badly about their employees right in front of you. No training, no trust, and no interest in setting you up for success. Its so toxic, I cry weekly. I want to believe all departments aren’t like mine, but I haven’t seen a stable one yet.

      Learning opportunities People are nice and willing to teach/learn

      No room to move up, though you’re encouraged to grow your skillset Very few hiring opportunities, no backfilling of positions In order to move up, you must show you can perform at that next level, while still doing your current job Very few promotion cycles (1-2/yr) Ineffective management Recent layoffs (2025-2016)
