Pros
Decent pay. Good travel benefits. A good place to work if you want to get close to your colleagues as you’re traveling the country together. Team members, for the most part, want to see you succeed. It’s a fun position for someone who wants to see the country.
Cons
When i joined, i was green to the industry and to managing. The company threw me under a trainer who didn’t bother to train me right, and it wasn’t until almost a year in that i got picked up by someone else on the team to help me out. They prefer to throw their employees to the fire on site versus actually taking the time to train them correctly. I worked for the company for two years. Two grueling years of training every single day to know what i was doing. Right after my two year anniversary, i wake up one day to a VOICEMAIL telling me i was being laid off. After the time and energy i put into this place, i thought i was secure, valued, and safe. Not even hard work is enough these days. Management has no idea what they’re doing, the company is going through extreme changes currently and no one communicates the current state of the company’s operations. The future for this company doesn’t look bright. I wouldn’t work here if you’re looking for long term job security.
