Pros
Great benefits PTO is given with each paycheck and it’s almost 100 hours a year Flexible schedule Work from home Really great people work here and the team environment is very strong
Cons
Doesn’t seem like may people care about the little people. Just the final dollar and which producer makes the most money We used to do quarterly wheel spins and reward account managers with gift cards and all kinds of goodies, now they just reward producers and the account managers all work from home but get rewarded with a party and mandatory work in the office day Training is seriously lacking. The trainers don’t even understand insurance. You teach your neighbor how to do things and they pass it to the next person The trainings that are provided are not relevant or necessary. Most are pretty redundant and required by the state. It’s not related to what we do If you are not related to someone high up you will not be promoted. If you are related to someone high up and you have no business being promoted…you will be Company communication is horrible
