Pros

Benefits and vacation are comparable to other companies. Location is pretty close to several liquor stores which you will need to visit often to cope with working here.

Cons

The place is backwards, senior management offers an abundance of false promises and is just focused on appearances. Management also needs an excessive amount of admiration and is always looking for a scapegoat to charge with their failures. Budget requirements are out of control. HR begs people to write all the positive reviews on this site to create a false image of the company. Don't buy it.

Pros

I’ve been an HR Business Partner with the company for a little over a year, and overall, it has been a very rewarding experience. One of the biggest strengths is the culture. The environment is genuinely caring, and many of the leaders practice true servant leadership—they lead from the heart and focus on supporting associates and helping them succeed. The company places a strong emphasis on integrity and doing the right thing, which creates a workplace that feels fair and credible. When speaking with associates across the operation, the words I hear most often used to describe the workplace include fair, just, credible, understanding, and even fun. People genuinely enjoy the teams they work with. The organization is also very innovative and agile. There is a strong focus on staying relevant in the market, meeting customer demands, and continuously improving processes. The company encourages a feedforward mindset, where learning and improvement are emphasized rather than focusing on past mistakes. Another positive is the work environment itself—facilities are safe and clean, and leadership takes safety and associate well-being seriously.

Cons

Because the company is very focused on innovation and staying competitive, change can happen quickly. While that can be exciting, it can sometimes take time for communication and processes to fully catch up with the pace of change. Additionally, like many large organizations, different departments can sometimes operate at different speeds when implementing improvements.
