      - Hybrid work can be a more flexible with location and commute - team culture is generally good, people are driven to do good work and care about the work they do - lots to learn

      Cons

      - For smaller teams with low resources, timelines can be tight while work expectations exceed the amount of resources that we have - As a systems engineer, sometimes half your job is meetings and chasing people down
