      Great benefits, pay, and culture. Embracing the new normal of hybrid and remote work. Legitimately seem to care about employees well being.

      Cons

      None that I have come across. That said onboarding is a bit rough given everybody is remote.

      Love the 12 hour shifts and compressed work week, great work life balance

      Cons

      Management can be hit or miss depending on the area you are in. Can also be hard to move up when Intel is constantly switching around your toolsets.
