Initially, when I received the offer from Intellectyx, I went through several Glassdoor reviews. However, as someone from an HR background, and based on my experience across previous organizations, I am aware that employees who are serving their notice period often tend to write negative or misleading reviews. Additionally, Glassdoor sometimes requires users to post a review about their current organization in order to view reviews of other companies, which can also affect the authenticity of some feedback.
Therefore, I would like to share my genuine experience of past one year of what I have seen and observed here. Intellectyx is a performance-driven organization where you get the opportunity to work with a dynamic team. Your ideas are always listened to, and if you take initiative, you will receive good visibility in your role. The organization provides ample opportunities for growth, both professionally and personally, helping you become a better version of yourself. Most importantly, Intellectyx does recognize, reward, and compensate high performers well. They have a lot of indoor fun games and a positive, energetic workspace. Working from the office is genuinely enjoyable and engaging. They also provide onsite opportunities, good health benefits, year end gifts and well planned holidays
Work here moves at a fast pace—unlike in large MNCs where tasks can take months to complete. To succeed at Intellectyx, you need to be task oriented, able to cope with the speed of execution, and be a quick learner.
