• Internal software systems somewhat lagging in training/adoption/utilization.

Decent pay and benefits. Work/life balance.

Micromanaging. Management team has no idea what they are doing with their program. Adds pointless homework to feel good about themselves instead of letting us do our jobs. On top of that, lots of top down pressure, most likely due to private equity management up top.
