      — Great Work Culture — Perfectly sized teams — Aggressive growth plans because of recent equity buyout — Diverse and Inclusive culture — Food and Snacks being provided — Clear AI growth plan and adequate enablement of tools to developers — Good opportunities to shine if you put in effort — Competitive compensation

      Cons

      — Employee benefits like Wifi/mobile charges, and commute benefits should be provided, especially when company focuses highly on hybrid working environment — Better variable pay structure should be introduced

      Most communicative company I've worked at. Clear direction and open to feedback. Growth oriented and rewards high performers. ELT and SLT have created a culture that values employees.

      Cons

      You need to be the kind of person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is open to challenging yourself.
