      Free lunch for employees and good medical benefits

      Cons

      Benefits for this company do not outweigh the bad. Everyone there is so tenured they do not accept anything new and will bully you’re way out of the department. Software is outdated and all employees are comfortable with no change. Hostile work environment, horrible work culture, work life balance does not exist and management doesn’t care to help or train would rather watch you drown. Management doesn’t care to train and pushes you away. Shuts the door in your face for questions and goes behind your back to gossip about other employees.

      Pros

      I work in the KC office so I can't speak for the field but this company has an environment full of people who want to help you learn and grow. It has an onsite gym, provides free lunches daily with an impressive array of options and has many events and happy hours. Comp is good and ESOP is even better if you're willing to stay long term. I work 40 hour weeks and genuinely enjoy the work I do and the people I work with. Environment is usually pretty laid back as long as you're getting your work done.

      Cons

      Ive noticed deadlines can be tight once you hit higher levels. Other than that no cons.
