Pros
None this place is a nightmare
Cons
I would not recommend working in the Debt Negotiator position at JG. Wentworth. The job is heavily oversold during the hiring process, especially when it comes to earning potential and bonuses. What’s promised upfront and what you actually experience once you start are very different. Management is disorganized and, at times, feels unprepared to properly support the team. Expectations change frequently, and communication from leadership can be inconsistent, which makes it difficult to stay on track or feel confident in performance goals. The bonus structure is another major disappointment. It is presented as a big incentive during recruiting, but in reality, it’s much harder to achieve than implied, and many employees feel misled after getting in the role. Turnover is extremely high, and that alone says a lot about the work environment. Most people don’t stay long, and there’s a constant cycle of new hires coming in and leaving shortly after. Overall, the experience feels stressful and misrepresented. In hindsight, I would have chosen a different opportunity and recommend others carefully research the role before accepting it.
