      Pros

      My co-workers at JMP were so welcoming and supportive when I started a few months ago, and still are! I truly have never worked with a better group! I believe JMP's culture and leadership bode well for a long-lasting career. Benefits are great, too!

      Cons

      Onboarding could be a little more streamlined, but it's still very thorough.

      You're so right that we have an opportunity to streamline the onboarding process. We're working on that now, making changes that will be helpful for new employees in all of our business units and in all of our regional offices.

      Very stable and predictable sales motions with tenured leadership

      Cons

      Sales leaders are complacent and work to keep the peace with the other organizations that support Sales.
