      Pros

      I didn't expect to still be working for JMP. I've had other opportunities, and it's the people and culture that keep me here. Very smart people who care about each other and feel that we're helping the people who use our software to make a difference in the world. Regional leadership is great, too.

      Cons

      Like all companies, we're going thru change. I see the light at the end of the tunnel, but the path has been a bit rough.

      Very stable and predictable sales motions with tenured leadership

      Cons

      Sales leaders are complacent and work to keep the peace with the other organizations that support Sales.
