Growing pains from recent IPO; some internal departments don't receive the same attention as more public facing ones do, and some initiatives become compromised by the lack of support from the top down.
Despite retention listed above, there doesn't seem to be an active desire to appease and retain talented people who jump ship. Great if you're wanting to explore opportunities, but harmful if you're invested in your work and want to see it through.
Communication post-Covid has seen a large impact due to the WFH initiative. Definitely not unique to Jamf, I believe the company is doing the best they can, but expect to put in work if you want to remain connected to others.
