Rehab Therapist in Adult PRP - very hostile work enviornment - Rehabilitation Therapist Johns Hopkins Health System Employee Review

Supervisors do not care about patient care. They look at numbers and the budget and keep patients there FOREVER. It's sad because instead of helping patients recover, we keep them in the program for as long as we can. They lose hope and become very dependent on staff and become almost comfortable with the monotony of the PRP. I would never send a family member or friend there. I would honestly give 0 stars if I could. Also, the work environment is very hostile.
