Pros
Lots of work/life balance. Duties are clear and you know what is expected of you. Able to alter schedule around doctors appointments and other things that come up.
Cons
Salary doesn’t go up with performance reviews, however bonuses are given at the end of the year. Offices are comprised of three people total, therefore there isn’t a lot of social interaction with others. Work loads are kept quite separated, therefore it’s not unusual to not see the other employees very often. There can be a lot of down time when a CTA isn’t doing anything at all simply because they’re out of work to do. Boredom can set in quite quickly.
