Nothing or , maybe as quoted by someone in an earlier review , the paychecks don't bounce.
Cons
- No real HR department OR not one that responds very often, if at all - Expensive low-end health insurance - No 401K match -Unethical behavior around contracts and delays helping customers/partners fix their problems. It's not real account management. -Leadership are mostly admins to the few up top who control everything, they will say 'we'll help you' but what that actually means is you figure it out - You are sales, billing, ops, partner success..You name it, you'll be doing it and you won't get paid for it. In fact, it's the lowest paying channel company for anyone above entry-level -If you are entry-level, I urge you not to take this job because it will scare you away from tech sales. Tech sales is fun and lucrative. This place is not. Don't let this deter you and KEEP looking -Company attire at SKOs are halter tops, leather skirts, and vape pen accessories all hosted at the Trump hotel -Terrible expense budget -THE PROCESSES ARE GOD AWFUL, everything takes 10x longer -Sales Ops can take weeks to get back to you on minor issues, same with billing -They're all mostly shady except the few Datto people who are remaining and the innocent kids who get hired and think this is some great place - The worst place I ever worked
