      Management fired everyone and then sat around wondering why things went downhill. New CEO is after her own interests, and not focused on the clients

      Pros

      This organization provides career development opportunities to all. It recently started a new path for DSP which provide both bonuses and a base pay increase for each level. A coach promotes success of each candidate.

      Cons

      We would love to offer better pay for everyone. Our rates constrain us. But there is no better place to serve than here.
